Best Treatments for Fine Lines
I’ve noticed getting older brings more things to worry about, but who would have thought skin was such a big deal. Not only have I gained more wrinkles, I think the worse part about ageing skin is how it sags in spots, like my newly formed jowls.
Is there anyway to minimise them?
How do I reduce or remove dark spots on my skin ?
I have recently had an actinic keratosis removed and am now desperately want to get my skin protection right…any advice please?
What is the best treatment for sunburn?
How does your pore get blackheads
To help improve fine lines and wrinkles it’s important to look after your skin with a good skin care regime. Cleanse your skin morning and night with a gentle cleanser like QV Face Gentle Cleanser and moisturise with an appropriate cream for day or night. You could also try products containing Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) to increase skin cell turnover and create smoother looking skin. Look out for the Elucent range at Chemist Warehouse or MyChemist stores.
Always wear an SPF to help prevent the damaging effects of the sun.
Skin begins to lose elasticity as you age and you might notice the lower cheek and jaw areas on either side of the mouth, begin to sag down. There is not a lot we can offer to help with this, keeping your skin well hydrated may offer small visible improvements though.
Take care.
