Horrible Nappy Rash- Help!
Posted on : 01.12.2015
Hello,
My 18 month old son suffers from terrible bouts of nappy rash. I’ve tried a few different products and none of them seem to be doing anything. I have also stopped using wipes and started using a lukewarm face washer. Can you recommend anything else we should be doing?
Thank you.

Hi Megan,
Thank you for your question – we recommend regular use of QV Baby Barrier Cream with each nappy change to protect the skin.
Should the area become inflammed treat with Resolve Nappy Rash – which is effective treatment of fungal infected nappy rash.
At each nappy change, clean and dry the entire affected area, and then apply the ointment gently without rubbing. Resolve Nappy Rash should be particularly applied at night when there is prolonged exposure to wet nappies. Continue treatment for 7 days after nappy rash has cleared to ensure complete treatment. Cleanse with a soap alternative as soap may irritate the skin.
Once the inflammed nappy rash has cleared you can revert back to using the QV Baby barrier cream.
Take care
