Hi Sona,
That is an interesting question. While we don’t suggest using any products that change the natural colour of your skin, there are certainly ways to help protect your skin from receiving more sun damage and reducing the possibility of excess pigmentation. One factor that could be making your skin more tanned or increasing pigmentation is sun damage from UV rays. To protect against that, a daily broad spectrum SPF 50+ Sunscreen will go a long way in helping to prevent sun damage.
Our SunSense range has a wide variety of SPF 50+ sunscreens. For a good everyday sunscreen, we would recommend our SunSense Daily Face, which is a moisturiser as well as sunscreen. Another way to fight excess pigmentation which can increase as we age is to use a skincare regime which helps to even skin tone and brighten a dull complexion, such as the Elucent Even Tone Skincare range.
We have a few articles with tips and tricks on sun care and top tips on preventing sun damage, that you can read below. We hope this answer helps in some way. Please feel free to submit a more specific question to us, or contact our friendly Customer Service Team on 1800 033 706 or email us at customer service@egopharm.com to have a more direct conversation about your skin.
Kind regards,
