Hi
Thank you for your question!
Rosacea is episodic and can vary from one flare-up to another. External factors that can trigger symptoms include rapid temperature change, harsh wind, sun exposure, stress, and the consumption of spices, alcohol or tobacco. You can improve the condition of your skin by changing some habits and choosing appropriate skin-care products. Since rosacea can increase skin sensitivity, it’s important that you use a soap free cleanser such as QV Gentle Wash which cleanses the skin gently without stripping away its natural protective barrier. For a complete skincare regime, check out the rest of our QV Face products, which are all suitable for calming rosacea. We also suggest that you avoid products that contain alcohol, fragrance, astringents, toners, and abrasive exfoliating ingredients.
