Hi,
Thank you for submitting a question!
First of all we would like to recommend seeking advice from a healthcare professional such as your GP or Dermatologist.
With dry skin conditions, especially eczema, it is important to avoid soap at all times as this can be irritating and drying for the skin. Our products are soap-free and are designed to help maintain the skin’s natural acid protection.
We have two product ranges that are specifically designed to deal with eczema, which are outlined below:
The Pinetarsol range has been formulated with pine tar to reduce redness and relieve itching. It is ideal for dry, red and itchy skin.
The QV range has been specially developed for dry, itchy and sensitive skin where redness is not present.
We also recommend to use mosituring products after showering to help hydrate the skin. For example our QV Intensive with Ceramides Moisturising Cream.
One of our friendly Customer Care Representatives will be able to recommend the best Ego product for your specific skin type – you can contact them on 1800 033 706 or customerservice@egopharm.com – they’ll be more than happy to help!
Kind regards,
Ego Pharmaceuticals
